Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the US only right now, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes.
How long will shipping take?
Orders placed by 2pm ET on business days ship the same business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free with standard shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer 2-day expedited shipping at checkout. Orders placed by 2pm ET on business days ship the same business day.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Packages marked delivered sometimes arrive a day or two later, or end up somewhere unexpected, like with a neighbor, in a mailroom, or at a side door.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product for a refund.
How do I start a return?
1. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the product you'd like to return.
Can I exchange a product?
We're not able to offer exchanges right now.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is processed, we'll refund your original payment method.
